Our Family Roots

Our family roots are traceable back to the refugees who came to America on the Mayflower. But there are more than one branch in the roots others came by different routes.

I will place as many of the generations as I can on this set of generation pages based on the following set of ancestors: The Peacocks and the Copelands. 

My Mom, Catherine Dorcas Peacock (nee Copeland) was born in New Britain Connecticut and my Dad's name, as expected was Peacock, he was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada.

My paternal Grandfather, George Stephen Peacock was born in St John, New Brunswick, Canada.

My paternal Grandmother, Mildred Mae Peacock (nee Murray), was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada.

My maternal Grandfather, Homer Henry Copeland, was born in Hampton, Connecticut.

My maternal Grandfather, Mary Elizabeth Copeland (nee McCormick) was born in County Down, Republic of Ireland.
